Non Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, altered, or used items

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

• The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must remain intact

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns

• Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service

• The tracking number must be shared with our customer support team

• Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase qualify for a full refund

• Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment are subject to a 30% cancellation fee

• Orders canceled within 3 days of shipment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 3 business days and may take 5 to 14 business days to appear in your account.
