Shipping Information

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the USA. International shipping is also available, and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery method.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We work hard to ensure every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days

Standard Transit Time: 5 to 8 Business Days

Business Days: Monday to Friday

Order Cut Off Time: 6:00 PM (Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day)

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand during peak seasons.

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and contacting the courier service directly regarding delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or other shipping concerns.

If a package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, the courier may return or dispose of the shipment. In such cases, One Jackets cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Most USA orders are not subject to customs charges. However, all international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

Important Shipping Guidelines

To help ensure smooth delivery, please make sure:

• Your shipping address, email address, and phone number are entered correctly

• Someone is available to receive the package if a signature is required

• You contact the courier directly for any delivery changes after dispatch

Please Note:

• We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped

Shipping Restrictions

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Original tags must remain attached

• The product must be returned in its original condition
